Performance Marketing Specialist
The Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented performance marketer to work with the marketing team and manage all performance marketing metrics for existing and upcoming campaigns. The ideal candidate must have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, set KPIs for digital objectives, and define key metrics to drive highly effective digital campaigns with enhanced user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Versa’s digital marketing strategy and campaigns, to achieve Versa’s awareness and acquisition targets, within the allocated customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Drive brand building, conversions, marketing funnel construction and execution across key digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok etc)
- Manage any external vendors that are contracted on adhoc basis to improve performance marketing campaigns
- Closely track performance marketing results, report data-backed insights, and work with designers to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, etc
- Excellent proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus
- Minimum 4 years of experience and demonstrates ability as subject matter expert in digital marketing with direct experience on these platforms of Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok etc
- Experienced in customer segmentation and building targeted campaigns
- SEO, SEM, web & app optimization experience are a plus
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics or other equivalent
analytics tools)
